Why repairs get expensive

A part swapped on a guess, then another, and nobody ever found the actual fault.

How we work

Diagnose, quote, then decide

Parts swapping is the expensive way to repair an appliance. Diagnosing properly costs a visit and tells you what's actually wrong, which is what makes the next decision a real one.

That decision should include whether to repair at all. An appliance eight years old needing a control board and a motor is usually a replacement, and a repairer who won't say so isn't doing you a favour.

And installation matters more than people expect. Levelling, venting and connections done properly are the difference between an appliance that lasts its expected life and one that fails in year two.

Our principles

Three beliefs behind the method

Find the actual fault

Swapping parts on a guess costs more.

Say when it's not worth it

Repair cost against replacement, plainly.
